I am 48 years old. I've been a strict vegetarian for 11 months - no dairy, no processed or junk foods! I am so very inspired by you. I am 5 "7" and I was 270 lbs, I am now 238 and stuck, but after seeing your vid. today, I am stuck no more. It's time to get grimey, stanky and ugly wit' it! I almost cried watching your video. My gift to ME FIRST, and then to Michelle Obama is going to be getting in shape. I've put the word out to all my friends about making that purchase and getting fit!
