Tyler Thigpen became quite the man about town in Kansas City. Consider this entry from "The Pitch", a local news blog:
"Ladies of Kansas City, wanna bang? Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Tyler Thigpen wants to go on a date with you right after the 24-year-old South Carolinian finishes banging this skeleton. This guy, to me is more impressive than Matt Ryan. Thigpen didn't play the whole season and finished with 18 TD's and 13 picks. Not to mention he was on the chiefs. Matt Ryan had a defense and a running game to make him look good. I hope he beats out Cassel for the starting job because I liked watching this guy improve every sunday. Hell of a talent for the seventh round.

sorry but Matt Cassel will be the starter. the Chiefs are not going to waste a trade like that. Thigpen will be the back-up for Cassel.
