@INDIAUNITEDFOREVER U mean to say carelessness in Handling the (40 Million!!!) And what about the 2 core that the monks were hiding in car when police raided them?. Of course they were careless ( They could have hidden it better :D) What about the 4 million Chinese yuan bundles in same series. What about Karmapas inability to provide proper answers to Indian authorities?.Can u explain the cores worth of properties bought by Tibetans when the law states that foreigners cant buy land in India?
