  • @kmaven04 people are getting sick and unhealthy because of deficiencies, fat from cooked meats doesn't have much to do with that.   • @tickyul I was just studying about this today for my nutrition final.

  • @kmaven04 Yeah, study after study has not shown a scientific link between fatty meat and heart disease. Man evolved mainly on meat and veggies, agriculture is an advent of the last 9-10 thousand years. Nothing special about eating raw, no magical powers, I eat some of my meals raw and some cooked, big deal. Look at the emphasis on carbs that has been going on for the last 50 years, done a lot of good.....right, massive increases in type two diabetes.

  • @tickyul this video is talking about healthy carbohydrates such as fruits vegetables nuts grains and seeds. nobody in the history of the world if eating a proper and balanced RAW vegan diet will die of heart attach or disease. Watch food matters and you will see. 500,000 americans die every year from cancer, which if you actually do research, is related to eating processed and fatty cooked meats and foods, and 10 people over the last 22 years have died from ALLEGED nutrient problems.

  • @kmaven04 And, you are implying what? You think that cancer is caused by meat. let's see some facts on that little dandy. As for heart disease, study after study has failed to show a significant link between Saturated fat and heart disease. There is a link between type two diabetes and mortality, lots of carbs (which veganculters love) will go a long way towards making TTDM a lot more deadly...not meat.

  • @tickyul lol. Im sure so many people die of that too, the same amount that die of heart disease and cancer from cooked foods. research before speaking

  • Another reason to avoid the Vegan Diet is EFA deficiency, primarily DHA/EPA. Plant based Omega3 efa, known as Alpha Linolenic acid has to be converted for your body to use as DHA/EPA, this conversion rate in humans is very low, usually at a rate of 1-4%. Jesus, the saviour of the world ate fish, it should be ok for everyone else.
