Mandatory vaccine programs are illegal and criminal. Any individual or group of people who participate in such programs can be sued or criminally charged and prosecuted. Such participation violates 'The Nuremberg Code' for it forces individuals to have medical treatment against their will, or to participate in the functional equivalent of a vast experiment without fully informed consent.

It also violates International Law, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and most Constitutions.

Wow the stupid is strong with this one. Health care workers deal with sick people who can scarcely afford to be infected with a communicable disease from a doctor, nurse or other practitioner. Vaccination makes sense and should be mandatory. Lives depend on it. Carers who do not vaccinate are guilty of professional misconduct. Besides, a carer would have to be pretty dumb not to avail of vaccination or recognize its benefits given the increase chance of being infected themselves

Vaccines containe either a live attenuated (weakened) virus or a dead virus in them. So if the vaccine your health care worker gets is attenuated then they are shedding viral material for several ( around three ) weeks. This may go on while they are assisting a doctor with a surgery for example. This is WORSE scenario than wondering if they might have the virus from the flu. @Fragenzeichenplatte, I realize those are some big words and heavy concepts for a simple kiwi bloke.

@SimplyIncredulous They are health workers, they are supposed to help sick people. If they are infected with the flu they spread it around - not a good idea in a hospital full of immunocompromised people.

What if doctors and nurses don't want to wash their hands anymore? Or want to eat while doing surgery?

My life experience is wholly irrelevant to the overwhelming evidence staked against your ideology. Again, I never suggested giving up liberty. Nothing of the kind. All I've said is health care workers ought to not kill their patients w/ their superstitions & that if they can't responsibly perform the duties required at their jobs, they should choose other jobs.

Do you think firefighters should be FORCED to enter burning buildings given the risks that entails? Yes or no?
