@TheTechConnection You are a dumb idiot! The EXPERTS,not a schmuck like you, already confirmed butter does not hydroginate when cooked.A DAB of butter with added WATER,schmuck.Just a dab from time to time, maybe every 3 days, cannot hurt you like burning oils.DUMMY!
@fadethetrade The calories in oils are from healthy fats (mono- and poly-unsaturated). The calories in butter are from artery clogging solid fats and fattening saturated fats. Just because it has less calories does not make it better for you. Plus, butter is a also a hydrogenate, and just because something is a hydrogenate does not make it bad for you. Please do your homework before sharing false information and possibly confusing people.
@TheTechConnection No,just a dab is less then 100 calories. You can go ahead and burn the oils and cause the hydrogenations and drop dead from western's epidemic of avoidable heart attacks,if you want.
@fadethetrade So you're saying to cook with butter instead of oil? I hope you've called your waistline and told it to prepare from some serious size gains...
@astrorising13 grape seed oil needs the 3's and 9's.Olive oil alone is bad also, omega 9 but not enough 6 and almost no 3's.You need 3,6, and 9 at the same time.So if you eat olive oil or grape seed, make sure you take your 3's and 9's with grape seed oil and your 3's and 6's with olive oil. If you need to cook with oil,use a dab of butter.Butter doesn't hydrogenate when cooked, all the other oils in the world do!! Problem solved.
Omega-6 is not good for you in excess. There is enough of it in veggies. There is way to much of it in grape seed oil, which blocks the absorbtion of omega-3.
did he say avocados are high in Polyunsaturated fat ???
I thought they were high in Mono
