@grantg Hi there, I never had that much of a problem with froth, but try pouring it through a strainer if you have to and all should be ok. My juice (Breville) had a little spout thing that stopped the froth. Thanks for dropping by and hope this helps!

I've completed 21 days then breaking the fast for a week then another 21 days. I feel a change in the interest of junk foods and this is very exciting. Reading Jason vale which has some great info. Btw...19 lbs!

@mlwelter That is awesome congratulations, and some pretty impressive weight loss to boot! The junk food change/lack of interest is very exciting, I still don't have that urge for any "junk food" weeks after my juice fast has finished!

Tim, brussel sprouts are good....the key is to NOT over cook them. Keep them some what crisp when steaming them. Also, google recipe for Chiffonade of Brussel Sprouts (just omit the bacon)....it's YUM! Chopped sauteed sweet potato/yam in olive oil, salt and pepper is really good too. Cheers!
