You made this look so easy! The one thing I think is putting me off of doing my bathroom is that I will not only have to take out the toilet but my sink's cabinent as well. That in itself is a bigger job since it is attached to the wall. Thanks though as I think I'm going to go for broke and do it anyway!

Use a shop vac (WITHOUT THE FILTER) to remove the standing water or old towels to sop it up. Lay a trash bag in the tub/shower and set the toilet on it so it's out of the way.
You also want to remove the trim or just the quarter round (If any) and undercut the door jamb by 1/8 so the tiles slide under it looking like the door sits on top of the tiles.
on concrete or any floor you can use Henrys bond enhancer to make the tiles stick strongly.
Best scissor is metal shears & Scoring/Snapping

@sparklle0913 actually my downstairs is all one GIANT open area, I actually started in my kitchen.... and it went into my living room, and thus into my downstairs bathroom....
