True Hero: Deric Hoffman aka "Clipper" or "RoboCop"

This video is of Deric Hoffman, the very definition of a hero. His newest nickname is "Clipper" since he took a full clip (13 rounds) of .40 cal while saving an 11 year old from being killed by the child's, mother's ex-boyfriend. Deric wishes to thank all those who have supported him these last few weeks while he fought for his life. He spent 4 weeks in the hospital, much of that in trauma intensive care, and is now home. He has a long road ahead, but no doubt will face it with the same courage and tenacity that he faced that gunman with.
