My name is Bret Alan Fessenden, and I am an independent filmmaker from New Hampshire, and this was the first feature-length film I made, back in 1998.
It is a very low-budget film (around $7000), shot in color 16mm film, then edited on an Avid system at Keene State College, and output straight to S-VHS. This is the first time I have put it online.
It is very rough, obviously, but I think the the script, and the acting, stands up fairly well. It is a very black comedy about a man hired, right out of college, to downsize a large number of employees at a large corporation (and yes, I made this before "Office Space", and more recently, "Up In The Air", but it covers similar territory).
