  • @bdcarlitosway Sports drinks are better. The sugar, caffeine and other junk in energy drinks will dehydrate you even more.  My favorite is powerade 0. Their new ion4 fruit punch or whatever is pretty good.

  • How about an energy drink? Good or bad? Or is a sport drink better?
