Final commercial break from "The Day the Earth Stood Still" features Fresca's new look, Floors to Go, Sunrise Mall, Owen and Co. insurance, and Futurest (with Bob Wilkins), from 3/31/80.
Hey, back in the seventies the best Liberty House (now Macy's Women) was there. They had on the first floor a killer ESPIRT boutique. Oh and they also had a massive Joseph Magnin store between JCPenney a Liberty House. That mall was the shit from 1974 - 1990.
I forgot all about the Sunrise Mall (moved out of Sac in 82). Yeah, Wilkins was the best. I remember watching him as far back when he was on channel 3!

RIP Bob Wilkins...

This is great classic stuff. The commercials were really the background noise but they really work for nostalgia.
