does pushing back your cuticles cause your nails to stay on longer? i dont push back my cuticles and my nails dont stay on long. and how often do you need to push the skin or cut it cuz i dont like doing that

umm I know this may sound stupid but do you apply acrylic powder before or after you do your nail design?

@Athrillfrommakeup, You are going to put your acrylic down and then sand and buff the nail out to a smooth finish. Then you can paint or apply what design you desire.

can you use the nails you used in this video as a full nail not just the tip ??

@darkroge. I would not suggest it. but you can definitely buy nails to use as a full nail. I made this video a while ago, and I believe the tip had a indentation in the inside. So you knew how far down to place the tip on your real nail. Hope this helps.

i'm having problems, im doing a set of nails and they look great when done, but they are only lasting a week if that, u are actually able to flick/bite them off in one piece, at other times they start to look really messy around the bottom of the nail, what am i doing wrong

You may be applying the acrylic to dry, and I would suggest using more primer to help secure the acrylic to your own nail. I have had problems with lifting and when I put on more primer It seems to hold better. Hope this helps.
