My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary watching him playing the entire Songs for Lulu in Carnegie Hall...oh what a night that was!
-
GOD SO GOOD. i could watch him play for days.
-
True Loves is one of his most beautiful compositions. It and "Martha" are my favorite songs from the Lulu album.

Thank you very much for posting. The quality of this video is fantastic and I appreciate the fact that we can all enjoy a great view of the astounding piano playing prowess of the supremely talented Mr. Wainwright throughout! True Loves is one of my favorite songs on this new album, but I love them all!

@Shazbut01 I was totally thinking the same thing, simple yet utterly profound and moving :)
Rufus is nearly a virtuoso on the piano, so proud of him, All Days Are Nights: Songs for Lulu contains some of the most beautiful piano melodies I've ever heard from any musician working today :)

His piano work sounds like he's channeling Gershwin and Chopin together - damn he's good!
