I always expected to be on the opposite side of his issues. But I am in total agreement with this speech. Hard drugs need to be attacked and irradicated. I'm glad to see Mumpower understands the differences between Marijuana and hard drug use. The difference is night and day, and by focus our attention on Marijuana, resources are diverted away from stop hard drug usage such as Cocaine/crack, Meth, and heroin.
