I can tell you WHY he bit the man
Its all the mans fault
1.) the dog DID NOT know him and he looked at it in the eyes (In dog packs or wolf packs its a way to show dominace the dog got scared!)
2.) He was LEANING over the dog, thats VERY bad to do to a dog you JUST met! all the dog thinks of when you dso that is "Omg he's gonna hurt me!!"

from watching that video i can understand why the dog bit him. if you watch the man had his hands on the dogs neck was looking him in the eyes and then started to adjust himself and he actually went over the dogs head. and dogs take that as agression especially with the looking in the eyes thing. i hope they didn't put that poor baby down just because some dumb ass makes a stupid move like that.

So people blame the reporter.. How so? Obviously he doesn't know much about dog behavior.. The only person that is at fault is the Officer.. He should have seen the signs.. Just about everyone who has a dog knows what I mean..
