http://workoutmanuals.com/bodyweight-cardio/ Bodyweight cardio is the best way to get a great workout anywhere. You don't need a gym or equipment for a fat burning bodyweight cardio workout session.

  • this literally killed me.

  • @myworkout1997 hey hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • This is so hard!!! What I did to start off was instead of doing them for a minute- cut it down to 30 seconds.

  • jumping jacks squats pushups lift to one side vertical jumps lunges REST pushups squats squat thrusts no standing duck unders chest up normal squat thrusts REST seal jump cross jumping jacks mountain climbers geting up lay with one arm up and leg walking back and forth squating down running in place legs up high REST scissors side to side jumps side plank each side jumps only on tippy toes running in place REST side side jumping jacks push ups sideways lunge mountain climber side step/shuffle
  • I was only able to push up to 10 times

  • This is a good workout for beginners. I'm only 14 but I play hockey, football, and I lift weights at my school after every day. I also take a hockey training course that pros use as well, the training course pushes you till you puke. Haha it's intense. After you've done this training for a while make sure you advance and put more intensity into it. Break through all mental barriers. be the best you can be with anything you do and you will go far!

  • @MinmatarThrasher These are timed intervals, so you don't need to do a certain number of each exercise, just as many as you can do. So if you can only do 10 push ups in that interval, as long as you're really feeling it in the end, that should be fine. If you're really struggling, try doing a push up with your knees on the ground, or having your hands on an elevated surface such as a bench or a solid table, and work your way towards doing full pushups on you toes. :)

  • I can barely do 10 pushups, how do I do this workout plan if I can't do the push ups?

  • Hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • Very helpful. Thanks!
