How can this girl talk while doing all this exercise? Where do these superwomen live? And how does a program like this not continue on forever? I used to watch it every day after school when I was 16, 17, 18, and 19 years old, in the late 80's. I used to run my but off every day so I would not miss it.

OMG, I used to do this workout. It's hurting my neck looking at how rough they are working their abs. I'm sure I just followed along and wondered why the H my neck was hurting.
