Do you use 3gx software to program 3gx ?

@dudu000lopes I do, yes. But it is not required to get it to fly :)

Is there much of a difference flying the 3GX instead of the 3G? I found a good price on a 550 3G but don't want to waste the money if the 3GX is much better. Thx.

@jeb19741000 Yes there is a huge difference if you are flying 3D style. If you intend on basic flying around, then it will be ok. Cheers

Wow cruddbucket, that was a great idea for a video! I loved it! I am a real noob to helis' and just bought the Phoenix sim and intend to practice a lot for a couple months and save for my first CP. I have heard that it is better to learn on a bigger heli because they are so much more stable. Would I be OK with a Trex 450, or 500 or do you think I would benefit more from the 550? I can afford to crash more with a 450. HaHa. Thanks in advance for the help and the great video!

@boobtube1974 Thanks mate glad you enjoyed it! I think you would benefit more from a 550E size helicopter as your first heli. I normally recommend this over the smaller helicopters because of a few reasons. They are more stable in the air, easier to work on (not so fiddly) and they utilize 6S 5000mAh packs which are usable in the larger helicopters (gotta plan for the future! :D). It is actually not that much more expensive to repair after crashing you will find. Cheers!
