Uganda's birth rate alarming

Uganda's population stands at 31.8 million people, according to the 2010 World Population Report. The rising population numbers are worrying planners, especially bearing in mind that Uganda has a growth rate of 3.2 percent per annum.

As long as people of Uganda stop asking for help - charity and stop migrating in the Western Countries asking for the Western Man's help,generousity,magnanimity then their Birth rates is their own issue.Until then as long as they re parasiticelly depended on other people for their own survival it aint.

well the death rate is pretty high, women and children die at birth, and of maleria, death rate higher than in the west so i guess the so called 'high' berth rate balances it out
