Team Fortress 2 Haruhi Suzumiya edition: SOS Fortress

Since my last Team Fortress 2 Ed, Edd, n'Eddy was received so well, I decided to try my hand at similar concept, only in this case I replaced the Team Fortress cast by the characters of the SOS brigade. I am not sure that too many players of TF 2 belong to the anime's viewing audience, but hey. Consider this a sort of parody tribute to the greatest online multiplayer and anime series.

Sorry to be "that guy", but seriously, not the greatest combo in the world.

It doesn't fit, unlike the Ed, Edd, and Eddy one. I mean, I just can't see the TF2 style and the Anime style working together. Anime is too serious, and TF2 is more, well... saturday morning cartoon-ish.

I can agree with that. I was afraid that the cartoony TF 2 wouldn't fit with anime, and you are right it doesn't. Perhaps the major contrast between the two makes it comical in a way. So no offence.
