here's a hint. when u enter the offices at 5:16. the office on the left (ahead) has darts on the table that u can use if u run out

good point. It's hard in fact on the PC version i turn on the invisibility cheat. i really suck at this level

i cant figure out how to put the card into the computer because whenever i get up to itthat blue thing shows up but when i say use it doesnt work

press "E" to open a door. I the door needs a key, kill (in this case knock out) them and take it, then press "E" at the lock

this is indeed better than Night Shift(Console version of this level)
