After Effects TV Distortion Test

I duplicated the footage layer and extracted Sam with a raw mask and turned up the feather. Then I used a combination of a few noise effects (sorry I don´t remember exactly which ones I used cause for any reason I pre-rendered the masked layer...) and the 3D glasses (I think that´s the English definition, I´m German you know) and animated a few parameters of each effect. For the energy effect in the background i used CC Lens and animated the size from 0 upwards so finally there´s no bending anymore. The leafs flying around at the end of the animation were generated with CC Particle World.
