Sorry ! This is not tahini , sesame paste max. i can say. Try to make humus. Sesame has to be hulled and need to grind in kitchen it is hard nearly impossible.

i really like your step by step video recipe. it's to the point & very professional. i had asked a lebanese restaurant for tahini recipe and he made it sound so simple that i had to look it up to believe it. and your recipe matches his with only one exception, pepper. if i manage to get this sauce right, i'll subscribe to you. wish me luck. simple things r most difficult to do.
