  • @JG599 Completely flat with like 3" of nose rocker.

  • awesome boards

    good waves and great surfing

  • surfing style is personal. telling someone how to surf is like telling someone how to make love. to each his own.

  • surfs it like a regular short board.. dont dig

  • Anyone know the bottom/rail design on the Mini Simmons?

  • @Cayne590 or just get a thruster right? you still dont get it dont you?

  • why dont you just get a twin fin fish?

  • I still haven't built one! :(

I don't have the money to spare really, and the surfing season here in the northeastern US is pretty harsh right now. I need to also free up money to buy a cold weather wetsuit. But when I build one I'll let you know :) Actually, a great friend of mine is building one over christmas, and he lives in southern california. I'll let you know how he made it and how it rides, and get him to post to youtube.

  • Alright there man(th), as its been 5 months since your comment i was wondering how the shaping of the mini went? Did you give it that S deck, and how about the middle-bulge foil? Im interested cos im going to shape my first board some time in the next year, and like you am really amped about the advances in super short, thick and wide shaping going on

  • i too surf small sluggish waves on scotlands east coast, so this type of board would make a welcome addition to my board rack, sweet video.
