what is the point system about? What happens if you get to a certain number of points? And does termed means your fired?

@ekrouse2 The point system is explained on your Day one. But in a nutshell their are multiple things that can give you a point. For example, calling in sick/no call no show. Things like that. You are allowed 3 a month... sort of. It's frowned upon though, so try to avoid them. And yes, Termed stands for Terminated aka fired. Hope I answered you questions :)

just wait till the program is over.. you'll miss it for years. im not kidding you ladies. maybe a little better attitude might make work more fun. i did the program before and im going back a second time. 3 weeks in, you should be having the time of your life!!

LOL at the points on your record card thing. My one roommate had about 5 half of points for not clocking out when she did and her manager said the same thing. Just a little advice don't get sick while you down there. I'm talking about like being so sick your in the hospital because your manager will termed you. It happened to me 2 days before my program ended. Enjoy your time down there because you will miss it when u go back home.

@DaniWDWCP photo pass doesn't work that way though...we have different levels of training and we are not completely done training until like a month into our program. so we keep our earning our ears tag on for a while.
