Football Juggling Tutorial

This tutorial will help you learn how to juggle a football, the MOST important part of freestyle football. Learn this before anything else.

I have been practicing juggling from a very young age and my record is 1210. If you practice often, you can very easily get into the hundreds.

@SezorQ Practice dribbling only left foot, dont use right foot only inside outside of left

Then shooting and when your at the point when your great at both feet juggle right foot get use to thay then left foot

i hope that this work for me cuz i've tried using my hands for kick-ups and it is useless i'll try this tomorrow and keep trying btw can you tell me when could i feel difference ?

My prob is I'm flicking my feet wrong and the ball hits my shin or flys away does anyone know how to fix this?!

@SezorQ Hey if you start using you left foot more often with the ball(dribbling,moves on the ground,ect) it will help a lot when you go to juggle with your left foot. but keep practicing this video is a great example follow it!!!
