No sir. If you're referring to the Cold War, that ended during George H.W. Bush's presidency who was after Reagan. Reagan was great in his economic reforms and he was widely popular with the people of the U.S.

I think Bush was a great president. & if I ever run to become pesident in my life time I would not be ashamed to say I looked up to Bush growing up. Bush drope taxes for EVERYONE. obama said he would only tax the rich more but im not rich and my friends are not rich but yet all of our checks droped alot and got more taxes taken out. under bush EVERYONE got more money in there pockets. bush gave more credits for imcome tax time. he doubled what clinton gave. & he kept us safe! great man!

It's true, growth was massive under his leadership. Trickle-down never worked, but people had jobs. The only thing that could have made him a better president was if he believed in Keynesian economics that affected every member of the population, not just a specific group.

i go back to being a kid of 14 when he left office I always thout he did good a the president but I was just a kid my father disliked him but my mother loved him only history is to say how great he was or wasn't but one thing is for shore we will never forget him rip dutch
