Monoliths by Maserati (Ambient / Crunk / Psychedelic / Instrumental Band from the East Coast). Taken from the album "Passages" (September 2009) which is actually a compilation of old releases. However, Monoliths is a new song which will be on Maserati's upcoming full length in 2010.
There is also a remix of Monoliths done by Steve Moore from Sunn 0))).
