Monoliths by Maserati (Ambient / Crunk / Psychedelic / Instrumental Band from the East Coast). Taken from the album "Passages" (September 2009) which is actually a compilation of old releases. However, Monoliths is a new song which will be on Maserati's upcoming full length in 2010.

There is also a remix of Monoliths done by Steve Moore from Sunn 0))).

    first band/concert ive ever seen live. leaning on the stage watching them rock out with the drummers blue light drumet will never leave my mind. too bad to hear about the drummer he was a cool guy. talked to him at an after party he was nice and a great artist.

    Underrated band!!!!!!

    Everyone I have introduced to this band have liked it. If i have a party with very many different people with different taste in music, this band never goes wrong. I just put on the "Inventions for the new season" album; and all heads are bobbing before you know it.

    Yes. As is their album "Inventions for the new season" From when Fuchs was still alive (the original drummer). Tragically he died in october of 2009 while attending some charity event. I think it was from falling down an elevator shaft; when he tried to jump from a faulty elevator back onto the building, his shirt got stuck on something, and he fell down into the shaft to his death. I saw them live here in Oslo,Norway about a year ago with their new drummer. I loved it. RIP Gerhard Fuchs
