  • GET IT RIGHT GENIUS !!!!!!! it is a portable to post configuration... You need to learn how to count...

  • @74mopar440 Sorry about that, yes its a mistake. All the audio was done in one take without editing software. I'm well aware of what a 4 post is as I have one of those as well. We all make mistakes once and a while, kind of like a typo of "to" and "two" don't you think.

Hope the video was still helpful.

  • Cool idea but I can't say that I would trust a 2 post lift that isn't bolted to a slab or dosn't have the posts joined together.

  • @madmatt2024 I didn't go into the detail abou the installation and mounting of the MaxJax but the lift is mounted to the floor similar to a "standard" 2 post. It has 5 bolts on each base plate into anchors that are either Wej-it anchors or epoxy type. Mine has been in place for about 18 months and no issues, there are time I leave a car up on the lift for a week or more at a time.

  • Good to know. Since it lifted your C5, I KNOW it can lift my C4. What is the max height that you have used it for?

  • @navy0vette , The general height you can lift is about 46-48". Depending on the car you may be able to get the base of the car up a little higher if it has higher ground clearance like a sedan or crossover SUV and you can fit the supplied lifting pads onto the arms. Also for truck or some SUV's you can use the small 3" extensions on the lift pads and get a bit more height.

But low cars like the vette unless you lift the car, then put it on jack stands then add the lift pads its about 47"

  • Oops two post...

  • awesome video!! im sold nice vette BTW

  • Thanks for the video. I've been considering one of these, but I cannot find many comments or video of how comfortable it is working under the car on a sitting creeper. If you could comment on your height (I'm 6'2" & worried about being still too tall to sit & work) & also what lift extenders you use, that would be cool. A quick video of moving around under the car would be even better!

    Thanks

  • @musclecarfan95

Depending on the deal you should be able to find the MaxJax for around $1800-2100. Some deal include shipping other not. At time Costco has been offering these for sale.

You can order from Garage Equipment Supply, that is who I worked with in getting the MaxJax
