This is a project based on the opensource framework OpenSceneGraph: it is an agent-based model system up to simulate an organized crowd layer upon large virtual landscapes, the terrain shown in this test was generated from a random DEM I created, final paged 3D model was built by osgdem application.
My developed agents follow basic AI rules of the Boid-Model, adding other influencing parameters such as geo-morphology, walking effort, attractive hotspots for valuable points scattered across the surface, follow the user, pheromone map and other...
This is just a demo of some of the features implemented until this point.
The project is quickly evolving.

Of course, the main purpose of the system is to adapt to a large set of virtual worlds and scenarios. I dont know FlightGear but I'm curious about any integration.
I'm going to upload other videos, introducing new features and algorithms :)
