Una obra por demas hermosa, desconocida para mí, gracias por compartir con nosotros esta brillante interpretación. Aunque sigo preguntandome de que órgano se esta ejecutando.

Thanks, Pastor, for all the excellent work you have done to research, edit, perform, record and otherwise promulgate the music of this significant composer and musician.

Thank you Gerard. I feel that if I don't do something about, it who will? It is basically a labour of love.

BTW, the instrument is awesome indeed, but where is it? I like the decorations on the pipes :)

The organ is a Forster & Andrews 1882, Hull England and is in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sydney, NSW AUSTRALIA. It was completely restored in 1984 by Roger Pogson, the same organ builder who restored the monumental & 1890 Hill & Son in Sydney Town Hall.

The pipes decorations are called "Stenciling" is was widespread when tis and other organs were built up to about 1910. As organs became encapsulated in Chambers, there were no cases and this artistic style died out.

The pipe decorations are also referred to as 'diapering'.
