@LeighMet (clears throat) You mean "law & order" characters. I didn't see Elizabeth Mary Mastritonio or Saffron Barrows from CI or the last Goren and Eames clip from season 10. And i think Fonji missed Scot Cohen from TBJ.

@balscofangagafan97 No it's not. The cast was unnecessarily too big for the intro! The ADAs, okay, cuz it's Law & "Order." B.D Wong, not really important, but okay I like Jurassic Park, but the freaking ME? C'mon? WHy not just add the SCU's and the lab techs and the uniforms and the ESU officers as well? Might as well call it Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Criminal Minds and Quincy<--(classic tv show about a coroner)
And the plot for the episodes gotten very soapy from season 8 to 12.

Jerry Orbach (RIP) and Sam Waterson were the face of L&O. So sad when it ended.

@willyjcoe But if you put both shows at their peaks, L&O beats SVU by a mile. Jerry Orbach and Christopher Noth were a better pairing than Chris Meloni and Mariska Hargitay.

@godzillahulk Well, what can you expect? It's the most consistent version of the franchise. Look at the beginning cast for all of the other series by the time you get to the current cast, they're virtually unrecognizable. SVU's cast though has managed to go through fewer cast changes which keeps the viewers interested, unfortunately, I feel that with Chris Meloni leaving and Mariska leaving soon, SVU will go down that same path.
