hi shelly, you are doing such an awesome job!! you are mixing it up! love it! i got in a 25 minute walk on my day 10 and today (day 11) i got in 30 minutes of cardio and 35 wall push-ups! yeah!! so, let's keep going!!!! ~ hugs, katie

Thanks Jennihemp!! I do feel like i'm building endurance. I usually have rest days each week. I'm adjusting to working out all these days in a row. I also feel like I have more energy in the day but then at night everything hits me and I crash LOL.
