While LoBiondo voted against the bailout both times unfortunately voted for:
1. Undeclared wars in Iraq & Afghanistan
2. The Patriot Act (most unpatriotic bill ever!)
3. FISA wiretapping laws
His ignorance of the Constitution is too great to be a Congressman. Search this on Youtube and watch: LoBiondo doesn't know the US Constitution
As you see in that video; LoBiondo cannot answer a simple question fundamental to upholding his sworn oath to the Constitution.

LoBiondo is like many other "conservative" Congressmen. Much of what they do is Constitutional because they just happen to be conservative. We should not send a Congressman to DC to "do the right thing". We send him/her there to live out their sworn oath to protect and defend the Const.
Like many there, they don't know what's in it and cannot therefore defend it consistently. The people of NJ need to sit him down and cross examine him on his knowledge of it.

Any Congressman can be a hero to a particular group if he voted the way they wanted him to. The bigger question is whether the vote was constitutional or not. For example: While he voted against the bailouts, I bet you he voted to fund the Dept. of Education, & Energy, & EPA, and Medicaid, etc. All unconstitutional! Where is L & P on these votes? Ladies and gentlemen, supporting a congressman for one good vote will end up destroying our republic.

The one issue in question is did they cast unconstitutional votes? On that score he is a miserable failure.
