  • is sounds like she's saying "pull the baby firm" what in the world does that mean, and what in the world is she really saying?

  • @raddnesskatt It is "Pull your belly firm" it was a bit windy that day and the microphone is under her shirt so not the best way to record the audio.

  • Try to work out 3 times a week and vary what you do so maybe not this routine three times. Do this say twice and then a cardio routine on another occasion say run or a spin class which we also have.

    Space out your exercise so your body recovers and you exercise routine disposes of the lactic acid that causes sore muscles. So about every two days.

    It is a balance of food rest and exercise. If you haven't tried meditation we have some great ones to start on and lower your stress hormones.
