All the dances by MCTLA are given by Dewan Budaya. I agree that the dancers didn't perform it well enough but they are just volunteers and not professionals.

I'm sorry, I have no Idea what the name of the music is. This dance and other dances from MCTLA is given to the group by Dewan Budaya and they didn't give any info on the music.
