  • @ Roger Painter - without Gitane....this song will not exist, ever, never...forever

  • no Valor after Rozzs death, please!

    everything other is fine

  • @nuwavething It was said that the original song would cause you to commit suicide

  • @DytchWytch

the original song is " szomoru vasarnap" search and u will see, it was performed by rezso seress, a hungarian song writer, not billie holday and not else.it was a sound track from a movie, the song is the "hungarian suicide" song, after the second world war a lots of people ssuicides lestening this song. the movie was a great succes, after fiew years rezso seress suicides it self, listenig his song...this is the true story, i hope to help u, best regardes..(sorry, my english is bad)

  • this IS the complete original song. that "dreaming" crap that was tacked onto the end, was some bullshit they added to the end of billie holiday's version, to give it a happy ending, and its been perpetuated by other artists. the original song never had that. it's supposed to be a sad song.

  • Best Version Ever !

  • I don't even remember how I found this song... I was so sad that it's not the full translation however this song somehow saved me... it's as if the lives lost to it were to willingly pay for the futures of those who were already lost over the edge.

  • One of the best versions of 'Gloomy Sunday' - classic

  • so goddamned beautiful . thumbs up if you can hear the whispers of the dead in the background in this song sniff sniff

  • @nuwavething Same here! And I have no idea why! I usually listen to Emilie Autumn's version though.
