  • I'm Johnny Knoxville and welcome to Jackass

  • so he says keep ur hands at temple height... is her hands too low for a beginngin boxer?/

  • she wouLd probLey fuck me up

  • @tommiesmallz acordingly to fight scicenceand bas rutten, lulz, , the square or neutral stance have more offensive reach , it gives u more mobilities and etc too, easier to neutralize leg kicks. and prepare for a take down. ( as u can imagine why).

  • this is the stance I've always used in kickboxing but whenever I go to an MMA class I always get told not to use it. I am never given an explaination but I've been to six mma schools in the past couple years and they all tell me to use an exagerated Muay Thai Stance which is closer to the way the man is standing except with a deep knee bend.

  • the intro was cheesy but i can tell this guy's legit. My Muay Thai coach is always stressing the stance and not to stay square which u forget to do when u move. He uses boxing HEAVILY on his muay thai game since he does the Dutch version of thai. He also use to box when he was young so thats another influence.

  • @IrelandRaven hahaha i wast just about to say the same thing

  • @jknight106 Good luck to her!

  • Look for the girl in the video in 2012 Olympics...womens boxing has just been excepted for the first time into the Olympics...and she'll be representing the USA

  • @mma850 There's nothing wrong with the girl's stance in this video. If it were wider, her front leg could be swept. She's got a good mixture of balance and mobility. That's what you should strive for in every fighting stance. YOU might not be able to defend kicks or takedowns from that stance, but a skilled fighter can. A lot of MMA fighters make the mistake of lowering their hands. That's why you see so many knock-downs in MMA matches. Another reason is their stances are bad & lack balance.
