  • iowa is the best

  • MN is where the best are... Iowa too.

  • @ShippuudenBoy108 The only reason California can compete with the rest of the country is because they have 37 million people and one athletic division. So, when California state champs get sent to a national tournament with state champs from Michigan, (Four divisions, nine million people) Ohio, and New Jersey, they're the best out of 37 million, as opposed to 2.3 million. Even so, they don't dominate, which goes to show that they're not that tough. Go watch Metcalf vs. Vasquez, and suck on that.

  • @litlekrucz215 Why don't you come up here sometime and step on the mat with us? Michigan doesn't have any top ten teams, but we have depth like you can't believe. St. Johns and DCC are our only two top-50 ranked teams, but we have over a dozen teams that have the firepower and the guts to compete with both. Michigan wrestlers are strong, fast, smart, technical, tough, and a bunch of goddamn warriors. Not a good state for high school wrestling? Take a trip north and prove it.

  • michigan is not a good overall state for HS wrestling, maybe a few teams from the southeast part of the state, but if MI had some of there top teams go against the likes of st. ed, graham, perry, wadsworth, the matches would not be close at all

  • the past few years ohio has been extremely tough and i believe it is the overal hardest but if u do it year by year it changes like pensilvannia for sure last year and in my mind ohio this year with 3 four time state champs

  • @tuvideo87 No, in college (if that's what you mean) take your freshman year as a red shirt, train like a maniac.

  • minnesota, oklahoma Pennsylvania, iowa, ohio, new jersey, nebraska, and new york, best states in my opinion

  • MOST WISH THEY WERE THE BEST BUT A REAL CHAMPION MAKEs IT HAPPEN
