From Afghanistan, Inhofe Responds to Obama's Defense Cuts Saying Obama Will "Disarm America"

Not that the good Senator is a military commander, nor most of the other elected Republicans. What about Sen. Webb (D. VA) or is he really a conservative. Then you have President Eisenhower, he would hardly fit in today's Republican party. He would no have a problem with both of these wars/ occupations.

Once again proving that Americans can't do math. Last time I checked 534 was a bigger number that 517. I know its "new math" which I thought that conservatives opposed.

This is probably the best example of the Republicans trying to throw around a bunch of BS and hope some of it sticks. It would be laughable if so many people didn't blindly believe them.

Oh, and Republicans complain that we're not spending enough money killing other people, then turn around and complain that we're spending too much money trying to provide health care and save the lives of our own citizens. Talk about priorities.

Only in the short-run. Food prices are inflating fast. The item sizes is getting smaller and the prices in going up. Fuel prices are slowly going back up after the oil oligopoly lowered prices around Christmas to artificially increase consumer spending. If M3 does not match the growth rate of the economy you either get inflation or deflation. Since were spend, spend, spending the US Federal Reserves money we will have hyperinflation in 2010. Were having a Bear Market rally.

No Democratic Senator pulled a similar stunt in Iraq during Bush's years.

Inhofe is a disgraceful traitor to our country. Giving aid and hope to our enemies by falsely claiming that Obama is reducing the military budget.... and even worse, doing it while standing in a war zone where our solders lives are at risk. Inhofe's despicable actions are bordering on treason.

He is a disgrace to the office he holds, putting politics and lying before the best interests of our country and the soldiers who risk their lives for it.
