  • i find your teaching style to be very helpful (some ppl can't teach for s***) but ANYway....did you know your picture blacks out a lot? or is it just my eyes??? (there are legal chemicals involved :) also, i noticed things like the crap on the floor, the tape on your finger...and i would have said "cut!!" right after the sneeze in your pt 1 video- esp since you didn't like wipe your hand or anything, ew- NONE of which matter to learning keys. i am OCD. it sucks. i bow to your greatness ;)

  • LOL thanks! It does black out cause of the encoding (nothing that I did). I kinda do them on the spot. I was in the midst of cleaning when I just went on and done the video. Tape on the finger was from a cut I got from playing drums the night before. Sneezing on the hand is disgusting but I had some Germ x and sprayed the board with lysol after I finished LOL

  • when people say 7 3 6 or 2 5 1 or 1 4 5 or whatever. they mean for example that the chord is based on the seventh, third and fourth note of the scale. e.g. in A major your major scale is. (1)a (2)b (3)c# (4)d (5)e (6)f# (7)g# (8 or 1)a. so a bog standard 7 3 6 in A major would be: g# half diminshed/c# minor/f# minor. and then you find your nice voicings over that and then you'll be playing sweet.

  • the chord progression at 6:51 is outta this world! can you please make a tutorial on that please... i wnna start playing more gospel chords. thanks for this tutorial!
