Chen taiji short staff 74 from the back (north) 1may 2010

This form has been created by Chen Shengfu (see this video by the creator at 94 years old: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwxpsvYLgTU). My teacher prefers us not perform this form too fast, i.e. in about 4:30 minutes. An almost identical version can be found on a pair of DVD's by Jianye Jiang, but he finishes in about 3 minutes.
Deze vorm is gemaakt door Chen Shengfu (zie deze video van hem op 94-jarige leeftijd: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwxpsvYLgTU). Mijn leraar wil graag dat we de vorm niet al te snel, d.w.z. in ca. 4:30 minuten uitvoeren. Op een paar DVD's van Jianye Jiang is een vrijwel identieke versie te vinden, maar hij voert hem in ca. 3 minuten uit.
