@SherryBucher - I only saw Teddy a couple of times after that session. He was the only local guitarist I ever heard even try to play "And Your Bird Can Sing" (Beatles - Paul McCartney on guitar) - very difficult. He did it brilliantly. Teddy and John Hall, also on this session left town to form "Kangaroo" soon after that session.

I've also got that 45! I knew most of them pretty well, you're right, Teddy was too young at the time. Do you know what he is up to now? Roy and my late husband were great friends!

@dfh1950 Guitar solo was supposed to have been by "boy wonder" Teddy Spillios but he was too green then to stay with the track and Vernon Sandusky had to take over.
Cameo/Parkway records sold all the records they pressed and pressed no more - Allan Kline bought out the company right in the middle of this song's run and it got lost in the shuffle. Otis Redding saw it dropping in the charts (no one could buy the record anymore) and covered it.

A GREAT song from 1967!! I remember it well. Loved the Guitar & the singer screaming his ass off!! What a Classic!!

I had also heard that it was Roy Buchanan playing Guitar on this song....!?!? The Drumming was fantastic, too!!!! I forgot to mention that earlier. A wonderful song; no matter how you slice it!! (thanks for the reply, 'whitehawkeFLA'!!)

@dfh1950 Roy played on "I found You" . He was gone soon after that.
