Off World Interceptor playing on the 3do retro games console. Retro Gaming.

This is not a review, walkthrough, playthrough, or demonstration of my playing ability.
It's simply a quick demonstration of the game so that anyone not familiar with these old games can see what it looks like.
It's also here so that I can embed it, along with most of the games in my collection, on my website (see link above).

Any opinions or comments I make regarding these games should largely be taken with a pinch of salt.
They are usually based on my first impressions after a very brief play.

  • This game was great! Playing as an intergalactic bounty hunter chasing bad guys in hostile enviroments was a blast. The full motion video segments were great too. It's sad you don't have the game manual to explain what is going on. Your not just randomly driving but your actually chasing a bad guy before he escapes. 3DO rocked with awesome games like Star Contol and Wing Commander, being far superior to their PC counterparts. I could name 50 games that were flat out awesome on this console.

  • @MateoAmiriJ agreed

  • This was my favorite game when I had my 3DO! Hours and hours spent destroying my friends.

  • I just bought this for the Saturn, and it is absolute bollocks!! It makes a better music CD than a game.

  • Saturn had this too.

  • This one was one of my favorites, lol.

  • man this guy is major weak sauce i remember playin this as a kid n i would pwn and it was fun as hell

  • With games like this, I am not surprised that 3DO didn't stand a chance to survive !

  • This actually looks action packed and cool. Impressive texture mapped polygons. I think you'd have to play it a bunch to get good at it.

  • I've concluded, that the Benway "What ever"-grid is the most accurate indicator of how good vintage games are.

If a game gets no "what ever's" while Steve plays it, it's good.

One "what ever" means it's fairly good or ok,

Two "what ever's" mean it's quite bad and

3+ "what ever's" means it very bad.
