  • GRACIAS POR TUS VIDEOS , SON MUY UTILES PARA EL MECANICO DE FIN DE SEMANA . BUEN TRABAJO.

  • @SAUCEVAL63 De nada. Tiene un gran día!

  • very helpful video. I feel to be confident to do it myself. only one question I like to ask, that is, could you please give me more details on how to remove the rain gutter or drain funnel, because in the video, this step was not shot. Thanks a lot!

  • @raininggy It was hard to get the video camera into position, to show how this is removed. We do describe what needs to be done in the video.

  • Hey good video, even for the fact that it shows every step so I can judge how long it will take for myself. I will be replacing this hose and piping this weekend due to the same rusted area is leaking on a family members Taurus.

  • @jet79637 Thank you for checking out our auto repair video.

  • @daveghnet MAN THAT RAIN GUTTER.....

  • ahhhh man i have a 2000 ford taurus se OHV and it was noooo issue, i just replaced it......very easy, the only issue was the rain gutter :-( didnt know how it went but i think i figured it out, but lost 2 of the screws that went to the firewall :-( but still in place and not moving, THANKS A MILLION

  • Was to edit. Thanks alot. Your video made this job today so much easier. I didn't have a clue really how to replace it and that rain gutter really confused me until I saw your video.

Thanks so much for your help.

  • Thank You very much. I just replaced this item today on a 2001 Taurus and it was simple because of your help video.

  • @MrMrmurf

if its got the 3.0 DOHC 24valve then yeah you will. oh and replacing an alt, egr, wires or spark plugs is no fun on that engine/car either if your no mechanic. trust me i have a 99 merc sable and it sucked. they wanted over $400 for just an alt job at the shops and over $400 for the wires and plugs just cause it had the 3.0 DOCH 24valve engine. if it had the 3.0 12valve it was like 30% + cheaper to work on.

  • Im in the process of doing this to my GF's 2002 3.0v 12valve Ford Taurus with 76,000 miles and the only thing holding me back is I lost (or someone borrowed without saying s**t) a pair of pliers I had to do this job so i cant get to the bottom clamps yet but so far it isn't to bad of a job and I am not no mechanic (more of a P.C. repair guy). Once i get my GF's car done my brothers 2004 Tuarus with 182,000 needs the same part. God I hope I dont have the same issue with my 99 merc sable 3.0 DOHC
