If you can do it, so can I... If I can do it, so can you. So how come my paintings always turn out to be daubs? I think because I am not you, and you are not me, and it isn't as easy as you make it seem.

Nice compliment and a correct response too - it is all about sensations, visual sensations, resonating with them.

great....go slow.....and go only as far as your knowledge permits, then start another one....don't look for results, just enjoy the process.....forget the concept "finish"....

I'm just now reading comments. Don't know if I have responded or not but....to answer your question. You need to know the method...or a method....other wise you will have to reinvent the wheel....but the issue is not your ability.
