I have become totally fascinated by Tadeo. Such a beautiful voice and he is at the same time intelligent and sensitive to the music. Extremely rare for a bass.
Monteverdi's music is also stunning. Love this aria.

I am also fascinated by Tadeo. But when you search for recordings, almost everything you find is either comic roles - which is fine - or minor parts. Why, when he was such a brilliant basso serio? Can anyone point me to recordings of this type of role?

He is too good for today's basso's. Imagine...Ghiaurov? Burchalaadze? D'arcangelo? no way... i'll take this voice over those any time.
