@star1162 I'm sorry if my comment was vague, and maybe I am an idiot, but I was refuring to Japanese as a language. Personally, I think "Japanimation" is the only word that holds the seperation between animations in general and animations distinctly from Japan... Sadely, nobody really uses "Japanimation" anymore :(. There are no technical differences between anime and cartoons, just differences that society has made from generalizations and the common use of words.

i watch this in japanese dub it was damn cool!!! i was in japan that time with my cousin in japan and also my 12th birth day it was like five days before this movie started and thumbs up if you like studio Jiburi's movie

Oh My Gosh!!! I just watched "The Secret World if Arriety" awhile ago , the english version, and it was AWESOME! it was bridgit mendler and david henrie. now i am going to read the book :))
