The Court of Appeal has yet again restricted the rights of dads - when will fatherhood be given a break?

The courts rule in women's favor every time. They get to have their cake and eat it too. Courts should rule that every birth needs to be acknowledged by the father. If the woman is caught lieing when she says that she can not find the father, she would be found guilty of a FELONY.

Run UK. You're sounding more like my home state of Utah, USA. In this golden land, mothers don't have to even live in Utah to give away their children without telling the fathers. They have pretense of it (via a "you have 1 week to sign all these papers and do all these things" that tend to "get lost" on the way to fathers.) I think it's terrible. If a mother has the right to keep the baby and demand support, a father damn well deserves the same rights. It's stealing and selling babies.

This is an absolute disgrace! This woman should not be allowed not to legally inform the father! A father should have a right to know! What if her daughter a few years down the line needs to know about family history of any kind? What then!?? Selfish....selfish...selfish woman! Why should she have to tell the father? She may not even know who the father is. If the potential father has any interest in a child he should keep in touch with her, she shouldn't be responsible for searching the globe for some man who fucked her and disappeared.
